2. Peer-to-Peer Rentals
For Hosts:
If you’re listing a vehicle on Car N' Go, ensure all details are accurate, including availability, specifications, and rental terms. Keeping this information updated is your responsibility.
For Renters:
When booking a vehicle, you must adhere to the terms set by the vehicle owner. Availability is subject to the listing, and payments are securely handled through the platform.
Cancellation Policy:
Both owners and renters are required to follow the platform’s cancellation policy. Penalties or fees may apply for non-compliance based on the specifics of each rental agreement.
3. User Conduct
Follow the Law:
You must use Car N' Go in line with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements. Illegal or prohibited activities are not allowed.
Prohibited Behavior Includes:
Attempting unauthorized access to the platform or its data.
Using bots or automated tools to interact with the system.
Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
4. Intellectual Property
Platform Ownership:
Car N' Go owns all intellectual property rights to its app and website. You cannot copy, modify, or distribute its content without prior written consent.
User Content:
By submitting content to Car N' Go (e.g., reviews or photos), you give the platform permission to use, reproduce, and distribute it for service provision or promotional purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
Car N' Go provides its services “as is” and does not make guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of information on the platform.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the platform, even if we’ve been informed of the possibility of such issues.
6. Termination
Car N' Go reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of The Bahamas.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively through arbitration in The Bahamas.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Car N' Go may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website or app. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
9. Vehicle Insurance
Car N' Go does not provide vehicle insurance. Hosts are required to maintain insurance coverage as per the laws of The Bahamas. The platform is not responsible for damages to vehicles during a rental.
